Refund & Exchange Policy

At Skin Gloss Club we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please make sure to review our return policy carefully.

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any unopened and unused items for a full refund to their original payment method. Products purchased with store credit will be refunded back to store credit.

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any gently or barely used items for store credit. Refunds to the original payment will not be issued if the product is not able to be resold or considered unsellable. Store credit (or gift card) will be issued.

Exchanges can be accepted for any unopened and unused items within a 45-day period. Any difference in the purchase amount will be manually issued in store credit (or gift card). Out-of-stock exchanges will be refunded back to the original payment method.

If the product is lost or damaged upon delivery, proof of damage will need to be provided. In such cases, please contact us immediately at: help@skinglossclub.com.

Items marked FINAL SALE will not be accepted for returns or exchanges under any condition except if the items are lost or damaged in transit or upon delivery. Please contact us immediately at: help@skinglossclub.com for further assistance.

Gift card and store credit purchases are final sale.

For all refunded returns and exchanges, items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Skin Gloss Club will cover return shipping costs for returns, and at this time is not charging a restocking fee for each product(s). Return shipping costs and restocking fees are subject to change at any time for high volume or frequent returners.
